I live in the post ridge apts just around the corner from you, those units have sat empty during and and when construction ended, and the prices keep dropping according to the signs placed out front. the only thing I dont like is near the back of the units the only thing that separates you from a section 8 apt community is a fence and trashy people are constantly walkng back and forward to the BP staion on Cobb Pkwy.
