They told me to wear jeans, a t-shirt, and Gym shoes if I didnt have steel-toed boots. When you get your confirmation letter it will outline what dress is appropriate.

LOL, judging from that post, I'm not the one who needs to "expand your thinking".

Me opposing unions make me "unprogressive"? Get real.

If you had a degree, you wouldn't practice grammar that awful.

I'm stepping down. Good day, sir.

I have been scheduled for my first interview (Monday April 12th), can any body tell me what to expect and provide any tips? Any help would be appreciated.

Well first off they will tell you that you will be there for four hours. Not true. Although you will spend about an hour waiting to be interviewed. The interview last maybe 15-20 minutes and then you will meet with a second person to do what they call a role play activity which lasts about 10 minutes. The interviewer will ask behavioral type questions, you know "Tell me about a situation when you............" and so on. After the role play, youre free to go. If they're interested they'll call you back and from the posts on this forum that can range anywhere from one week to three weeks. All I can say is be patient. I have my pre employment training next week and will be sure to post how that goes. Good Luck!!
