Seems that many Atlantans don't know their city very well.

It's a popular view even all the way over here in Texas that Atlanta is the place to go if one wants to attempt to become a black star overnight. Whether it be music, fashion, video ho, etc. You can even research some artists that came to atlanta just to "make it."

A lot of young people have that pipe dream to move over there and become a millionaire within a year or so. And judging from the b/s on the radio nowadays, it probably aint that hard.

But I assure you that Atlanta is seen this way.

The people that said they never heard about Atlanta being a hotbed for music, obviously are not into hip hop & RnB culture.

Exactly! Atlanta even has the nickname of "Black Hollywood" now!
