Anyone here have (or know someone who has) a home in this subdivision? Also, any thoughts on Ronald Reagan Elementary? Do they have a good PPCD program?

Hi, I'm also looking into Silver Oak. From my research, Ronald Reagan is an excellent school in an exemplary school district. I like the fact that all the schools are walking or biking distance from Silver Oak. Have you looked into the other areas near by, such as Silverado Ranch or Creekview?

I have kids that go to Reagan, also Henry Middle and Vista Ridge High. Reagan is a very nice school and the teachers seem to really care for the kids, good parent involvement as well.

We've just been approved for a mortgage, and we're going to start looking next week. There is one house in the neighborhood I'd like to check out.

BTW, does anyone commute to Dell (parmer) from this area? We took Parmer from Ranch @ Brushy Creek to 35 (on a Sunday evening), and it was 20-25 minutes. It must be a bear during rush hour. Anyone have an idea about how long that commute would be using the tolls?
