Unlike a few people here, I love the Austin airport. I have never seen live music in any other airport I have been in. I even like the choice of food.

Who doesn't like our airport? I'm there almost every week, and it is one of the best in the country.

I like the food options at ABIA, but they don't offer free wifi which is nuts for a city housing so many tech companies.

It's cute, although the restaurants close pretty early.

This bugged me too! However, they do offer 30 minutes for free now (or at least they did last time I flew last fall).

ABIA is a nice airport, but with the barricades TSA has been setting up there over the years, it has become a bit more frustrating.

I also think that not offering free wi-fi in the city that practically invented free wi-fi is something of an embarrassment. And, most importantly for early morning travelers, the Austin Java locations at the airport are awful. We need some decent coffee there. Ruta Maya is only a small step up.

Watching a no-name act play at that tiny airport while the college kids puke into their huge trucks that they can't park because the city only cares about rich people.
