Wasn't sure whether the OP would be open to or even knew about the mostly low or dried water levels. I have to assume anyone asking for lake-front property wants lake front and not rock front or sand bars. Often times I'll see what looks like a good deal then look at a satellite view and it looks like this, and you wonder how often it'll be like that

Just like Steve was saying, there are just so many variables and 'gotchas' for lake property - most for sale have some pitfalls you have to accept, and if they don't they're definitely priced accordingly $$$$.

First glance pitfall with that one is it's right across from the marina. They're probably tired of the noise/partying/boat traffic.

Not that house - it is close to the main body of the lake. Yes it is across from Lakeway Marina, but that's not a rowdy area like Johnny Fins.
