Sadly the job my wife and I moved down here from Pennsylvania for just isn't working out. We'll be headed back to Pa. on Friday. I didn't post too much on here, but as part of my closure wanted to say something. I really liked some things about Austin, and really disliked some things. Sadly, it won't be a good memory now but at least it was an experience!

Catch y'all later

Sorry to hear it ended badly for you. But I think this would be an excellent opportunity for you to show some appreciation to all the good people here who took the time to give you suggestions and advice, and tried to make things better for you and your family.

Take care, and Happy Trails to You....

Sorry it didn't work out. For the record, Austin can work for us East Coasters. Good luck to you! You have to go where you're happy...

I do appreciate all the suggestions I was given in my other topics, I checked out a few of them. We're not leaving because we don't like it here, though it has been hard getting used to. Our job just wasn't what we hoped it would be and we sooooooo wanted it to be!!!! We love these kids and will miss them. If anyone is ever in Central Pennsylvania and needs some tips let me know lol!

We pull out tomorrow afternoon.

FWIW, in his first post on July 8 he said he had been living here about 6 months.
