I've just started a new job with the COA. I'm curious whether I will be paid current or 2 weeks behind. It's a tech position... unsure whether I am exempt or nonexempt.

Thanks to anyone who can tell me.

Not being dismissive at all, but can't you ask your supervisor or Human Resources? That's not an uncommon question, I'm sure.

They usually start FTE on the start of a payroll period, so you'll be paid in two weeks. If your a temp/PT, with will be longer than that.
