Does it ever snow there are there are anymore pics, I'm coming from NYC. I'm hoping to love the Austin Area.

It "snows". Like, once in a great while snow will appear on the ground, you won't know how it got there and you really don't notice it because it's melted so quickly. I've seen snow on the ground once here, it was less than a dusting and I didn't even see it fall.

In 03 or 04 it completely iced over for two days! I had my SUV encased in ice. It took me an hour to get to the door handle and get it open and then I just sat in my car with the engine running until it deiced enough to go. It was nuts. Then I was driving down Parmer when this huge sheet lifted off my roof and flew behind me, nearly caused a wreck just going a mile down to the HEB.
