I did a search and did not see their name come up. Anyone using or have used Real Green Pest Control? What's your experience?

Our current rental has Bulwark, and not complaints, but I don't think they service Cedar Park.

Bulwark is very popular in Avery Ranch. Might depend on WHERE in Cedar Park; but I can't imagine they don't go there.(I could be wrong...been a couple of years since we used Bulwark.)

Thanks! We will be living in Avery Ranch, so that should work. I will give them a call. I was going on internet information that I picked up while researching companies.

Bulwark is one of the 'greener' pest companies. They will schedule less frequently if that works for you and their chemicals (were) less environmentally nasty according to my research back then.

And...just so we're clear...Avery Ranch is not in Cedar Park. I can SEE Cedar Park from my driveway(in Avery Ranch); but AR is most certainly in Austin proper.

10scoachrick- Thanks for that info. Now on the Avery Ranch "not in Cedar Park." We are completely new to the area, and I keep thinking my direction challenged brain is starting to get things. Now I'm really confused. As far as I know, our rental home falls in Avery Ranch, and the address is Cedar Park.

Not posting this for argument, just trying to figure things out.... This link indicates "Avery Ranch-Cedar Park." Avery Ranch Homes for sale in Cedar Park

So is there really only one neighborhood considered "Avery Ranch," and it's in Austin, but the other neighborhoods are not really Avery Ranch? Please, help my brain figure things out!

Yes, all of Avery Ranch has an Austin address. If you have a Cedar Park address, then it's not Avery Ranch. It borders Cedar Park, but it's in the city of Austin. Avery Ranch is also split between Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD. And none of Avery Ranch currently feeds into Henry Middle School like you were looking for on your other thread.

Thank you! That helps. We really didn't care if we found a house in Avery Ranch or not. We just like that area in general, and we wanted to try to avoid having the kids move schools once we buy.

Yeah, it seems the realtor folks don't always get things exactly right...although crossing city boundaries is no small matter. You will hear of areas called "At Avery Ranch" or "Mayfield Ranch" or even "Steiner Ranch" when they are not located within the actual HOA neighborhoods of those places. Northwoods at Avery Ranch is one example...the designation gives a good geographical indication of location; but Northwoods is in no way 'related' to THE Avery Ranch subdivision...same for Pearson Place 'at' Avery Ranch.

NOW...it's a much stickier wicket to say any part of Avery Ranch is in Cedar Park(wrong city...as mark mentioned, AR is totally within the city of Austin). I actually can't think of any entity that is located in Cedar Park but calls itself "Avery Ranch", except for our vet, Avery Ranch Animal Hospital...originally located in the heart of Avery Ranch but recently moved 'across the street' to Cedar Park

IF you have a rental IN Avery Ranch and it carries an address other than Austin, TX 78717...well then, we got ourselves a conundrum!!! I'd be interested to check out the address of your rental and give you the real skinny.

Clear as mud, eh?

AND...as mark also mentioned, Avery Ranch, the neighborhood, includes BOTH RRISD and LISD and will have different school assignments depending on the actual location of the home(our former street of Whitley Bay was actually RoundRock ISD on one side and LeanderISD on the other, depending on the curve of the road!!!) Avery Ranch is ~4000 homes, so it has some aspects of a small town.
