Right near UT there are less children, young children but then you have a bunch of 18+ year olds and not sure that is better?
Yeah it seems the downtown places like The Monarch have less kids, if you can afford the 2000K+ monthly rent.

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like downtown and the adjacent areas (such as 78702) is where we will be concentrating on looking. In any case, we decided we want to live centrally or near the red line commuter rail.

We aren't opposed to children, but as we can't have any ourselves we aren't worried about proximity to schools or other families with children. Thanks again!
