Hi,

First time poster but long time reader, hoping someone on the board lives/has lived at this apartment complex. My wife and I are considering leasing there and would appreciate any feedback anyone has. We're attracted to this particular complex as it's fairly new - are the apartments as nice as the photos on Bell's website? We're moving to Austin and are looking for a place with a sense of community where we can meet new people. Thanks in advance!

where will your jobs be?

Personally I would stay away from the 2222/620 intersection. There are apts along 2222 that might be a lot better.

Good luck getting in and out of it. Traffic there is astonishingly bad, with more apartments and offices slated to be built and no plans of any real improvements to the roads in the area.

We're both in tech so jobs will likely along the 183 corridor. I'll take a look at complexes along 2222. Thanks!

OK, good to know, thanks. It's been a few years since I've driven up that way.

You may want to check out apartments around the Arboretum and Domain areas as well.
