Seriously. In the middle of the night did some kind of air shock happen because all of a sudden I wake up and it's as if someone stuffed my head full of cotton. And, that is after I had took an antihistamine before going to bed. Could antihistamines have a reverse affect?

Are anyone else's allergies out of control today?

We've shifted from wet to very dry weather.

All those grasses are drying out and the mold is shifting from wet mold to mold that feeds on decaying leaves. Some are affected differently by it.

Well, whatever it is it's hell on the sinus. The first couple of years here I didn't have any allergies.

Also, wish I could correct my original post because I don't usually say, "after I had took", I usually say, "after I took", or "after I had taken". Although I still have trouble with commas.

Last week I had an allergy attack after sleeping with the air conditioner on. Looking back I think a lot of it was since the air filter in my air conditioner was past it's prime, which didn't help. I think too there was a lot of stuff in the air last week, so I can relate to what you said.

Mold was around 7000 on the 22nd and 6000 on the 23rd in the KXAN report. That is pretty high. Of course its likely to vary around the area, higher in some places, lower in others.
