So basically those townhomes have NOTHING to do with an Austin land development code.

Not bothered either, but it’s worth noting so when other people get upset about development that we have to differentiate between communities.

I’m not upset about those townhomes at all. Just commenting on how ugly they are... as is a lot of the so-called “architecture” the developers are passing off as modern. Better than a gas station on the corner though.
