Wow, you're right! I just checked their online menu and there it is, much as I remember it, 3 eggs w/chile. Way back when, ya' got biscuits instead of flour tortillas......and yeah, I do remember they always had good help. Gonna' give the local one -Research Blvd. - a try. Another thing I like....Jim's is older than me! (not by much)

I´ve nothing more to add for good eating after a night of drinking, but a popular place for the morning after, get rid of a hangover with a big plate of breakfast burrito is Juan in a Million and the Don Juan burrito.

Not that I do this very much anymore, but back in college it was always Kerbey Lane at the original on Kerbey Lane. I have to agree with Fillmont regarding Jaun in a Million. Make sure you get the Juan handshake.
