For two races now, the Sunday race was washed out and run on Monday. I set my Directv to record Monday at noon, which was scheduled to be Cosby on Fox, but the race was to be run instead. It never recorded either time. So now it seems anytime the race is postponed, like it will be Sunday, I will miss the recording. All I can do is record the replay on Speed on Wednesday. Is this happening to anyone else?

They list the time as noon on Monday on Fox. Cosby was already scheduled in that time slot so I set it to record, figuring it would catch the race instead. Nothing records. I wonder if they change the title of the program right before the race and then it does not record.

How many races are going to be postponed by rain this year? It's not looking good.

If nascar got rid of restrictor plate racing and had racing like it was in the 1960s-early 80s I might be interest more in it. It's boring to me now.

Here is a good site for race schedules.

They actually had it updated on Monday morning to reflect the schedule change.

I missed the two rain out races also, but the other day I figured it out they changed it on the guide to say Nascar racing at some point which nullified my recording.

So I'll be setting up the record in the morning instead of the evening b4 and hope they would have already switched over there programming.

This is exactly my case. I checked in the morning and the title was not updated. It must have changed right before the race.

You need to do a manual record. Set the timer up from 12 Noon to say 5 PM, that should give you enough time.
