We've all heard the joke about men who drive red sport cars and what it says about them. But what does your car say about you?

Mine says the following:

- I like nice things, but also want a good value for my money.
- I don't follow the herd, but I also don't like to stand out in the crowd.
- I enjoy driving, but also like to ride in comfort.
- I haven't bought into the "Be American, Buy American" guilt trip.
- I either don't have kids or they're small.
- I'm somewhat concerned about being green, but not that much.
- I make a decent income.

You'll notice that I didn't mention what I drive. I did that on purpose cause I thought it be interesting to try to guess what people drive based on what they think their car says about them.

My two vehicles:

1) I like to see above everyone else
I don't care about gas mileage
I haul/tow things once in a while
I enjoy having luxury amenities but not having a luxury brand
I'm not concerned with someone mistaking me for a yuppie or hippie.
I buy American and am likely a Republican

2) I like to drive...fast
I like to drive with the wind in my hair
I didn't buy a vehicle...I bought an American icon
I can rape any similarly-priced Japanese/German import in a red-light challenge
I make a pretty comfortable living
I enjoy life to the fullest, not enough time to lay around and care what others think of you

Ha ha, great thread!

My vehicles:

1. Wow, that thing's a beast!
- I like old vehicles
- I have absolute confidence in the superiority of American iron over plastic import crap.
-I just may have redneck dna influencing my vehicle decisions

2. - That I'm a married guy
- That I'm a married guy with a lot of kids
- That I've been almost completely domesticated
- That I've lost all of my cool points
- That I gave up caring what anybody else thinks years ago

Mine says I should be easy on the brakes and stop planning on replacing it with that ever elusive 2002 STI I have my eyes on.

One look at either of my cars says "I don't have a garage, but I do have a large sap dripping tree towering over my driveway."
