You've got to be kidding. You can even see the guy's shadow as he walks around.

It appears that scene with him jumping wasnt the same accident. Look at the cab of the truck when it goes left.

You can still see the cab on the left continuing on when the new scene of the crash appears on the right.

At least to my eye-
