There is really no need to talk about anyone's race when you want to discuss or let other know about an auto related incident (or any such incident). Somehow this immediately gives an impression that you think things would have been different if driver was of some other race.
This kind of nonsense (the incident) happens all the time. I have to take left turn into a park and ride quite often (like twice a week). Even though it says clearly DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION they always do (irrespective of race and gender) and when they see me do pretend like they didn't see me or the sign doesn't exist. I am sure if I honk they will do even worse. No need to think about that too much. Let it go.
