Three. If you are referring to me, MckinneyOwnr, and we both know you are because you have an obsession
I didn't refer to anyone specifically. It was easier to let you out yourself as a left lane hog.
And uh, an "obsession" is what you have concerning speeding and driving in the left lane. For myself in regards to your posts on the subject, the proper word would be "pity."
If I am on an expressway with a 65 mph speed limit and I come upon a driver going that fast in the left lane I simply pass them on the right without slowing down from my usual 72 to 75 mph.
Two. I looked up the organization only to discover that listening to it on this matter would be somewhat like going to the Republican Party website to get information about the wonders of the Democratic Party or to an atheist website to get information about how great religion is - in other words, it's so biased it's no more credible than reading memes on Facebook sent around by people with an ax to grind.
Three. If you are referring to me, MckinneyOwnr, and we both know you are because you have an obsession with the fact that I don't think the traffic laws that apply to everyone else don't apply to you because you're such a special special driver, to the point that you will drag it into threads that have nothing to do with that topic, I have never advocated driving "slow" in the left lane. I have simply pointed out, repeatedly and factually, that the speed limit exists in all lanes and for everyone and that anyone who drives over the speed limit should accept responsibility for the consequences to themselves and others of their chosen action. The very idea that people who choose to break the law are responsible for their actions, and that they are not seen by all as some heroic, manly hero for doing so but as, essentially, self-entitled jerks, seems to drive some who like to do that crazy, it seems - they not only want to do what they want to do but they want everyone else to admire them for it, and that's just not going to happen. It's the price of self-indulgence - a lot of people are going to realize that you're a jerk and some of them are going to say so.
I can point you to a poll showing that over 95% of drivers disagree with you whole hardheartedly which puts you squarely in the minority (a very miniscule one). You can believe what you like of course, in the same sense that a drug addict could believe that snorting coke and heroine everyday is perfectly acceptable regardless of what the rest of society thinks.
Including the laws against obstructing traffic? Slower traffic keep right? Delay of 5 Vehicles is Illegal?
Your state probably has a law similar to this one:
RCW 46.61.427
Slow-moving vehicle to pull off roadway.
On a two-lane highway where passing is unsafe because of traffic in the opposite direction or other conditions, a slow moving vehicle, behind which five or more vehicles are formed in a line, shall turn off the roadway wherever sufficient area for a safe turn-out exists, in order to permit the vehicles following to proceed. As used in this section a slow moving vehicle is one which is proceeding at a rate of speed less than the normal flow of traffic at the particular time and place.
What most people who depend on statutes like this fail to acknowledge is that the REST of the statutes apply just as strongly, and just about every state has a speed limit. Legally, first, all traffic is supposed to obey the upper speed limit, and then the above statute kicks in, within the speed limit. If there's no speed limit, of course, you're golden. So, if you want to depend on a statute to prove your point, you have to use the whole thing, no picking and choosing. It's sort of like the Bible that way; the impulse to pick out bits and pieces to make it say what you want it to say rather than what it really says is strong in some.
And the usual disclaimer because I know it's coming - I don't drive in the left lane except to pass or to exit left.

A CITY-DATA poll? You want me to think that represents 95% of drivers? Really? I've seen it, and the discussion. It's not even a properly designed poll; I've worked with people trying to come up with unbiased questions to do actual scientific polls and it is HARD to do, but this doesn't appear to have even tried.
As for your kind comment regarding believing what I like, aren't you projecting more than a bit?
If I am on an expressway with a 65 mph speed limit and I come upon a driver going that fast in the left lane I simply pass them on the right without slowing down from my usual 72 to 75 mph.
I do too, but the problem is when you have two people going 65mph side by side. The one in the left lane is staying there simply because they don't want to be behind anyone.
Part of the problem is basing your actions on faulty information, then inappropriately acting on it.
Speedometers are purposely inaccurate. Manufactures set them low to meet US DOT regulations and specifications. If I'm on the highway, I'll go off of what a GPS indicates (on the theory that a $5 billion satellite system built for military accuracy is going to be more spot on than a ten dollar low bid part from GM)
To compound the madness, it's the job of law enforcement to monitor compliance, not an uninformed motorist. They have the tools (calibrated equipment, laser speed detectors, etc.) to make an accurate determination if speeding is occurring.
But what if there are no cops around? Feels free to pick up your cell phone and call it in if it bothers you so much. Parenthetical through, at some point if you do it enough law enforcement will probably consider the call to be some crackpot wannabe trooper and dismiss the call. And they'd be right.
You describe your own speed-limit-above-all-else position quite well.
