I've seen a lady driving a pink car with these eyelashes on the headlights in may town the other day and any of you seen these eyelashes before also?

I have seen them a few times and it has always been on a Volkswagen Beetle.

Here in LA the Mustaches are for ride sharing cars/cabs, I think it is uber's competition.
