The annoying radio ad car salesman near where I live really isn't that bad, except his most recent commercial was a st. patrick's day commercial and his irish accent was terrible. I can only assume he's the actual owner because voice talent would not get paid for how bad it is. He accidentally slips into a different fake accent for at least a quarter of the commercial. I'm patiently awaiting its replacement.
Yes that's him. The huge guy. He is here in the Tampa area with his Huge commercials. II guess it's Kia he is selling, not Nissan. He is offering free cruises and a $1000 if people buy a Kia from him. He does some commercials with a Spanish woman screaming in Spanish. Or he has someone named Caroline that is part of the add. These are on over and over. I mute the TV when it's on.

We have some pretty funny ones here in El Paso, they go all out but I'm not sure if they're the owners:

I don't have tv so the commercials don't bother me. I have met Billy Fucillo (Mr Huge) and he's actually a very nice and pleasant guy. I was surprised too.

In my area it is generally the dealership manager or actual owner.

A lot of the time it is the owner, and it's intentional. The message they are giving is that they're not spending money on advertising so you don't overpay when you go to buy the car.

The song is annoying, and it's also somewhat of a scam:

Not to mention it is supposed to be an organization to help kids yet they spell one of the most common words wrong! This has bothered me for nearly a decade now (or more?).

Around here the smaller dealerships have the owners doing their own commercials. The larger ones seem to use a marketing firm. You can tell the owners because they are overly macho men with deep, almost steroid influenced voices. They appear to be ex football player types.

This is one of the guys in our area, one of his very tamed down videos. On the radio he's yelling at you.

Thats one thing I HATE about car commercials, you dont need to yell at me to make me want a car...

I wasn't aware of the religious nature of Kars4Kids, it seems that should be disclosed (in the fast speech/fine print portion of the ad).
