I was wondering how to wire the little circle parts to the battery since it does not fit around the terminals. any links on what to use? if you look at this, the little circle things is what im trying to add to the battery.

Cut the connectors off, strip the wire insulation off.

But don't you have a fuse box on your bike? Don't wire these straight to your battery unless you want them on forever. Find a fuse that is only hot when the key is on.

Most battery terminal are locked in with a bolt. You would put the bolt through these holes.

As far as connecting them directly to the battery, you will always have power (if that is what you want). If you left your gloves plugged in, it will drain your battery but not an issue once it's unplugged.

Never connect anything to your car battery unless you first put a fuse in line ahead of your device.

Every single electrical device in you car already has fuse or circuit breaker protection for a good reason.

DON'T INSTALL AN AUTOMATICE FIRE HAZARD which an unfused device certainly is.

I guess you didn't even look at the device he's talking about....it has a 15 amp fuse built in.

^^

Correct. Nothing wrong with the connector OP is referring to. Only think I would check is to make sure that the fuse is as close to the battery terminal when possible. In most cases, these stock wiring meets the requirement. It's when someone say cut the ring off and extend the wire is when that becomes an issue.

I mentor kids doing underwater robotics and we deal with 12V battery as the main power source. We like Anderson powerpole and that is used quite a bit in robotics.. ROV, FTC and FRC
