This reminds of the advice people give for buying computers. should I buy now or wait for the new model? The answer is if you can wait then you need a new computer. People put their cars on the market because they want to get rid of them. NOW.

Of course my thinking is that if you can wait, you don't need a new computer, or a new car or a new house.

My recommendation was meant for people selling cars or homes and who have the ability to wait to sell. I certainly realize that many people don't have that luxury due to their circumstances or they simply lack the patience.

But regarding buying, my recommendation would be the similar, e.g., good deals are found with patience.
