here is a pic of my rear end and his front. a friend said he thinks i have $2,500 in damage, my wife says $3k but i have a feeling its going to be substantially more. it may not look terrible, but a lot of different pieces back there are bent out of shape and my exhaust system seems to have been compromised since i hear more engine noise now. his pretty bmw 6 series isnt so pretty anymore.
You're looking more than $3K for sure. New tailgate, bumper cover, whatever is under the bumper, possible exhaust work, painting, etc. etc.
just dropped my car off at the mechanic and got my rental car. its a cadillac xt5, im a big timer now! this is the greatest accident ever! i hope it takes a long time to fix my car.
No idea, but I wasn't going to stick around since I was heading into work. Happened 630am (forgot to change the clock lol) so kind of early, but you never know.
"Wham! A car crash can happen in an instant. And as frightening as that may be, it can be just as distressing to be blamed for a crash that’s not your fault. That’s why a dash cam can be a critical aid if the unexpected happens. After researching more than 250 models and testing about 40, we’ve found that the best overall dash cam is the Nextbase 522GW. It delivers the sharpest video we’ve seen, is the easiest to use, and has handy features that you don’t get with most other dash cams."
Blackvue because they use a supercapacitor rather than a battery so they can handle the heat of a car better. Get one for the front and one for the rear
damn those blackvues are expensive
