Your only criteria is that you are looking for a nice place to live and the best you can come up with is Baltimore?

It'd be difficult to point you in any direction without knowing if you are looking to buy/rent, how much you want to spend and what type of home you're looking for.

I'm not sure it is possible to rent 4 bedrooms anywhere in Maryland for only $1000 a month. You certainly won't be getting much yard space in Baltimore for that price.

I wouldn't say it's impossible but it probably won't be in the best of areas. Let me see what I can dig up.

There are a couple under $1000. I can email you them if you'd like.
