Well, between that and Lebrons hold on the next play that freed up Ray Allen.
That's a nice vet savvy move by Lebron. Clearly a foul but that's a very difficult call to see. Things like that happen 10-15 times a game. That's just as much as a good play as a bad call. Guys like Garnett and Duncan have been doing little things like that for over a decade now.

No clue. Ask the Ref. That was far from deciding the game. The delay of game tech was the biggest call. Which technically the ref made the right call. It is whether that rule should be enforced is the real question. I don't think it should.
Everyone hating on the refs for "helping" the Heat while the Rockets get the best calls in the league. Harden is a ref/flopping/gets every call master. No one gets on him. Lebron takes it strong to the basket, gets hammered almost ever time. He literally got a broken nose and no foul was called but Lebron, the refs love him, he gets all the calls.
For those that believe the technical foul changed the game - not true.
It was after the timeout. Miami taking the ball out of bounds under the Rockets basket. I briefly saw both Beverly and Lin in the screen and they looked confused - because Ray Allen was by himself in the corner. Long pass downcourt for an open three. Hardin/Howard - disgusted with the mix up. Took their heads out of game.

Im not totally on the other side, because the Rockets did lose focus. It was a momentum killer though.
Just looked at the play-by-play. The play I mentioned occurred when the Rockets were up 97-92.
The technical foul occurred at 102-98.
So my theory is garbage.
Rockets never scored after that technical foul until it was out of hand. Rockets last FG was at 4:26 remaining. Ray Allen scored 11 in last 6 minutes (3 technical FTs).
Sixers only down 61-62 against the pacers in the 3rd qtr. can the streak end tonight?
