Our plans are moving forward and it’s looking more likely as if we will be moving to Birmingham in mid to late September.

I *think* I’ve narrowed down the areas where we want to live to Homewood (but only in areas zoned for Homewood High School) and Hoover. I also like Vestavia but unfortunately, there’s not a sidewalk to be found ! It’s essential that we work with someone who understands our desire for a pedestrian friendly area. Sidewalks are a deal breaker for us, so we need someone intimately familiar with these areas who can look at an address and know if it has a sidewalk or not. Beyond that, we’re looking for the standard 3BR/2BA and our budget is $300K.

If you are a realtor who fits this criteria (or if you know someone who is), please send me a direct message.

Thanks in advance !
