I don't know, Eastwood/Montclair is actually pretty dense population wise.

Well, they're not making any new land. They own the parcel they have, so the most logical place to expand is up.

you all make good arguments. maybe "out of place" was the wrong phrase. but it certainly would be unique for the area.

17 story residential tower on 20th street south to start construction in January. Site work has already started on the other 17 story residential tower on Highland. Gonna be cool watching two high rise developments go up at the same time within a few blocks of each other.
