will also be interesting to see what happens with the handful of blocks between topgolf/protective stadium and this development. fortunately, they seem mostly empty, although there are a couple of churches. i imagine these will get scooped up quick if they haven't been already.

Corporate Realty purchased those blocks.

Anyone know what's going in the old Best Buy location on 280 after they move down to Brook Highland?

I think it's a Love Stuff superstore, complete with drive-thru window and a discreet back entrance.

How'd you secure that location? I think you'll do very well there.

I'd imagine that parking lot would be filled with Denalis and Greystone housewives wearing stylish sunglasses and pretending to not recognize one another. Or, conversely they go together as they plan for the next Summer Cotillion after party. I've heard the rumors.

DANIEL PARKSIDE

(surely this thing will get a name soon...)

20 MIDTOWN

LAKEVIEW GREEN

AVENUE A

(doesn't look like the other big 1st Ave S developments have started yet. however, this one is progressing nicely and the pads are being prepared for the last 2 buildings. also looks like they extended the construction fence beyond the bridge underpass... there used to be a homeless encampment right there.)

The 20 Midtown project is on rocket fuel. Those guys are working on Sundays and even on New Years Day. I drove past the job site yesterday.

Thanks for the updates. Always good to see more cranes downtown.

The Daniel apartment project will be called The Palmer according to their website.
