The new name was released in January by UAB/Southern Research during one of their meeting. The bio-tech research hub in conjuction with both parties will be a part of the development.

One is for the UAB IRF project (11 stories / ~200 feet). I'm guessing the other is for The Pipeline project?

Didn't realize The Pipeline will now be another Marshall property. Things must be looking real good in the student housing market here.
