Maybe that is an old rendering. Or maybe there is a roof top bar up there, even if those generally don't count. AL isn't known for on point accuracy.

just be happy that it looks like it might finally be getting built at all. it was supposed to be completed more than a year ago.

Pratt needs it. Good for that part of town.

I was listening to JOX and they were saying more news is about to come out about UABs new stadium. Or maybe I misheard. Only caught part of it.

Thanks for the link. Yeah, I heard the 45k expandable to 55k part and then still discussing making it a dome, which made me think perhaps plans are not as far along as I thought if they are still discussing that.

Is it still too big for UAB and too small for B'hams future? Yes
Is it still myopic, neglecting to consider the more beneficial utility a slightly larger dome facility would afford? Yes
