I had a hankering to put up a poll
Text vs. Email" can be a hot topic in Real Estate. Both email and text are too often poorly done, but I guess this poll is about which communications method you generally prefer.

First Time Buyers Boot Camps: If you were designing...

Working with buyers, and hanging out in the City-Data real estate forums, I see so much confusion regarding the home buying process.
We've been talking about putting together a First Time Buyers' seminar, a la "Boot Camp." I thought it a good idea to poll the CD Faithful and ask what they thought would be good topics to include.
