What is the traffic like M-F at 8am from the West End (MGH, Charles river area) into the North End (Italian area)?

And again and at 2pm from North End to the West End?

Thanks for any input you have regarding traffic, travel time, shortcuts, or any other comments regarding this daily commute!

You'll save yourself headaches if you just take the Red Line and switch to the Green or Orange Lines, I suspect.

It depends on what part of the North End you are going to. It might just be easier and quicker to walk...especially by the time you find a place to park.

you should definitely just walk. I would never want to do that drive every day or even take the T such a short distance.

Traffic is always bad in that area. Walk or take a cab. On a day like today.. flag down a cab.
