I did not suggest Lyons because there are very few rentals since the flood of 2013.
I checked padmapper and rentals.com and there was nothing in their price range.

OK...that is nice....

just maybe there are options beyond what are 'publicly' advertised. Lyons would be quite close and a nice small community.

I never advertise my rentals, only found via networking and referrals; just as I never buy a property that is already listed for sale. Too late, too expensive, too slow. (rents and buying)

Gotta get out and DIG up your own deals. (rentals and buying) It is not hard, but you need to be creative and persistent.

Hey there was just replying to another thread saying that we found better prices a little further out from town but still close in Gunbarrel. You get cheaper rental prices and are just a few min from downtown yet still are in Boulder City limits. Our apartments are new (just built last year) and are a relatively affordable by Boulder standards- they gave us 2 mos free when we moved in. Let us know if you move out here and we can give you our referral bonus which is an additional few hundred off which is nice
