After the Korean olympic debacle, (Roy Jones jr. and others), the IOC dang near kicked boxing out of the olympics.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it removed in the next couple decades.

The olympics are just so "dirty". Then again, so is pro-boxing.

I was repulsed and disgusted by what little Boxing I saw during these Olympics. Of the few bouts I watched, the results were obvisously skewed in favor of the less talented boxer.

Given the sad state of Olympic Boxing, I would not be too quick to categorize all the American boxers as a lazy unambitious bunch. Some of them may have been victims of flawed and/or biased decisions.
