Looking for some input for Noreen firearms in Belgrade.Do they have a good or bad reputation as a place to work? Noticed that they have a Craigslist ad for CNC Operators with a $500 signing bonus,is that because they can't find skilled people, or it's a terrible hellhole that nobody want's to work for and they have to find some way to lure people in.Thanks for your help.

I don't know much about the company but they are offering the typical low pay in a high cost of living area. 20/hr is not enough to live in an area where the starter homes are 250-300k. There is a market for CNC operators in Bozeman as Gibson guitar and Simms are there. The issue is that the pay is not much better. If you love what you make (guns, guitars, fishing gear), it may be fine. It's tough to live on unless you are coming with a big sack of money or trust fund.
