Somehow i am actually not that surprised. California has adopted this idea of bring all the Illegals here.
Lets see if he was wearing BODY ARMOUR then i have no doubt he was related to the Drug Cartels.
The #1 thing that will destroy California aside from Natural Disasters is the Drug Cartels.
Don't underestimate them they are worse than any terrorist organization or army. Actually if the USA stopped the wars in the Middle East and invaded Mexico we would have hell trying to fight these guys.
Hence why we need a new President that can lock that Border up.

That's an extremely bizarre leap of logic. I assume it's parody?

What do "drug cartels" have to do with the incident in Seal Beach, which appears to be a domestic-related massacre?

Sorry but even in Texas CCW probably would not have stopped this random crime. Business owners are allowed to prohibit customers from carrying concealed weapons onto their premises and most of them do.

Picture the scene: 12 women sitting in salon chairs with a cape on. Underneath the cape they're all holding a 357 tapping the pistol grip with fingers while thinking to themselves: make my day some sumbitch, walk through that door and start firing away.

Go ahead, make my day.

From the standpoint of someone who's pretty damn good at double-tapping his .40 Jericho, the odds of someone at a salon reacting properly and getting three bullets accurately into an armored attacker who's obviously prepared for the situation at hand (assuming that he didn't just come in guns-blazing and actually gave them time to react) are pretty damned slim.

That said, I'd love a CCW so I can stop breaking laws every time I... uh, I mean, so I could take the thing out with me when I head to DTLA for dinner and have to park on the edge of Little Tokyo.
