For me it's a tough choice. I've lived in San Diego for about 10 years, and although L.A. seems like a more exciting place, I think I might get tired of living there.

I agree.

As I've posted in another thread buried in this forum somewhere, if I had a job and a place to live already lined up in San Diego, I'd move there in a heartbeat.

I live in LA County. I'd move to San Diego if I could, I spent many years in northern San Diego County.

LA has better salaries, better job market, better cultural opps. But I don't think I could deal with the traffic.
