Harvesting three month old Zucchini

Zucchini plugs planted two weeks ago.

Close up of zucchini plugs planted two weeks ago.

Plugs, machine planted 1/2 hour before photo taken. This process saves several weeks of growing time, allowing for three crops per year.

So it's all your fault. You are the reason for zucchini bread. I guess with something going for that cheap it's all about the volume. But it's cheap due to the volume, chicken - egg. LOL!

I pretty much eat raw zucchini everyday -- goes well with raw broccoli and similar fine gourmet foods ... bread, not so much.

I like it with stewed tomatoes, parmesan and mozzarella.

I would have posted that in Spanish, but the Schutzstaffel get upset when I do that.

My wife makes a spaghetti squash like that and adds basil. She also uses romano instead of parmesan.

Had to look up Schutzstaffel, thought it was some kind of German brat at first.
