Tournament Wrapup

The Lady Amazons had a fine weekend
finishing 1 - 1 - 1
with seven goals scored
unfortunately they were one goal short
of the finals
due to tiebreaker rules
but they ain't disappointed
for that's how it goes
when you play the game
to the best of ability
and of that we are proud
for they left it all on the field
against older girls
while our Amazons are
in their first year
of competing in under 12's
and are mostly 11
thought they are a group
in their third year together
their first tournament
in Southern California
was a fine showing
much fun was had
and as we head home
we pass through Tulare
with The Fresno Road Show.

his trees to Leonard's collection
for Senno's trees throws off fine seeds

in California
but when people are shown the magnificent species
it draws sharp utterances of disbelief
for it is the greatest tree in the land
and upon my land they do stand.
Now Senno does inquire of such trees

but it is California your trees afear
for our trees is mighty
Now Senno doesn't doubt
that your trees a'pleasin
to whomever is touring
during the season of discontent
but the trees of California are mighty

Now Senno has posted
that he largely argues fact free
So Senno found this line
quite funny (if not perfectly descriptive of Senno)
for TT brings the reason
in California's defense
as he posts from amongst
the trees and snow
of his frozen home
TT is a farmer of organic variety
and Senno does so hope
he finds his vegetables delicious
but Senno secretly knows
but it would be impolite to note
that Fresno grows the best vegetables
of the many states
now Senno is modest
and does like TrueTimbers
but he keeps his poetic mind quite limber
and teases just a little
but do be knowing that Senno admires TT
and thinks of his posts most reasonably
Senno does hope
that TrueTimbers way lies West
for we would be immodest
to note we are the best
If the TrueTimber Road Show
makes it's way to Californey
do know there is rural hicks about
of that I give a warning (me being one of them)
Now Senno is teasing
as TT does identify
as rural hick from the sticks

MtnSurfer and Other Thoughts on the Coast

Now up around Monterey
there is a poster named MtnSurfer
full of reason and kindness and delight
in watching his kids take a nature hike
he brings forth fine photos
which we find enjoyable
even if I find my lack of pine trees annoyable (I only have 2 lonely pines in the backyard amongst other fine
trees)
Now Senno is impressed with MntSurfer's fine posts
about the Central CA coast
for he is full of information
as he informs those
from about our great nation
MS does not find CA general enjoyable
and Senno knows this to large degree
as Senno can discern amongst MS's posting
But Senno is happy to note
that MS finds himself happy
to not live in the snow
and he has himself one of the finer locations
you can find about this state we call Californation.
