So Fox made this up?

*sigh*

Maybe this is more your speed. If your only argument is that Fox isn't credible, then it shows its a pretty weak argument. Hopefully someone will file a lawsuit and get this abomination thrown out.

I don't see in either article where it says the student refused to use the teacher's restroom when offered. Perhaps YOU are the one that's making things up.

That was another lawsuit and I could care less if you believe it or not.

The bottom line is that this law panders to kids that should be in therapy. The hell with everyone's rights as long as the slim minority gets their way.

God help the schools and the universities. With teachers like this, it's no wonder California public education is so poor.

* couldn't care less

Anyway, I think it's time for you to pull your kids out of public schools and move to the Deep South. It's clear that the liberal agenda is winning in California. Sorry!

And this doesnt necessarily mean the kids are bad, or crazy, just that need help sorting through this issue.

I agree.

Otoh, precautions should be taken to make the child feel safe and unafraid to just accept themselves,no matter what that is. I.disagree with letting them use whatever bathroom they want for now, and vehemently oppose shared lockers/ showers, thatssaid I'll admit I dont have an answer.

Once again though, I do feel compelled to take parents to task. Simply cheerleading every thought or idea that comes into our kids minds and indulging their every whim does them no favors.

Yes, no wonder California is one of the worst states for livability in almost every category. Between the illegal aliens and forcing normal kids to forfeit their rights to the mentally ill, it's a real win for the libs.

It will be 50 years + before these kids won't get their a$$es kicked for being in the wrong locker room so the Parents should choose wisely. Bullying lags big time behind laws.

I hope none of you pretend to be Christian, because the lack of compassion and respect for human dignity is shocking in this thread.
