Welfare doesn't have a thing to do with California housing prices. Housing prices are a function of supply and demand. There is not a statistically significant percentage of subsidized housing to limit the supply or alter the price of desirable real estate. Back up your wild claims or cease posting the nonsense.

If you had half a brain you'd understand that paying people to live here increased demand which causes prices to go up. Obviously demand is already high due to California's great climate.

This is basic economics.

If by "paying people to live here" means the fantasy welfare you are always chirping about, you have yet to prove that load of dung you continually shovel as fact.

And if you use the phrase "live here" as if YOU live here - you don't. So, again, why do you care?

As for the weather, yes, it is nice, isn't it?
But, true as that is, it is only one of many factors that attract people to California. And not top of list.

Good weather is a communist plot designed to satiate dopey hippie Californicaters by making them "soft" and wimpy. Real 'mericuns suffer REAL weather! Danged libruls can't hang.

Who gives a sh*t about that hipster ketchup. They're not even vital to our economy.
