Aside from the fact that there are still jobs leaving the state and the region, making deals like that constantly is not a stable solution in the long-term. You are now in his cult.

He said he would do something and he did. No one else did.

I am not a Trump supporter I just look at what is, not what some want things to be.

The Socratic method;

All politicians are stupid,

Joe Schmo is a politician.

Joe Schmo is stupid.

Now, All politicians compete to bring a business to their district.

Joe Schmo, gives a company taxpayer money to stay and they do.

Joe Schmo brags about keeping jobs (Not creating any BTW)

Joe Schmo is a politician. Joe Schmo doesn't care about jobs other than his own.

Joe Schmo is smarter than the people that elected him.

Voters are stupid.

Silly as "Joe Schmoe" is not a politician yet and has never been one and isn't even in office yet. Now did Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Regan, Carter, etc do anything for anyone before they were in office?

However I do agree voters are stupid. Just look at who both parties have elected in the last election, Federal and State. Stupid for sure.

More people leave CA than come in from the US. The growth is babies and immigrants (legal/illegal).

Babies and immigrants. That's kind of like how the US itself got started.

Yep, just ask the Indians. See how well that worked out for them. History repeating itself?

As to being like Cuba, been to some sections of LA lately?

Yes I've been in LA lately. The I-5 runs right through it. I've never been to Cuba though. I hear it's been a dictatorship since the 50's though.

California only increases its population thru illegal immigrants & newborn births. Same thing here in NY. The exodus from these two states is being done by middle class working taxpayers.. Who will be left holding the bag to make up the revenue difference ?
