Does anyone know of any transportation options (other than a rental car) to get to and from the Sacramento Airport and Redding, CA?

Amtrak's Coast Starlight has one train a day in both directions between Redding and Sacramento. But the train stops in downtown Sac, far from the airport www.amtrak.com. Outside of that, there are probably buses that make the trip.

I think almost all the shuttle flights back and forth from Redding go to SFO instead of SMF. United Airlines operates out of SFO and their feeders from Chico and Redding route traffic through there.

It has never made sense to me because Sacramento (SMF) has tons of flights. They're just not a hub. You either get a direct flight to all the big cities or to the hubs nationwide. Just one of those weird things...

You would think that Southwest would at least have enough traffic out of SMF to operate a profitable shuttle between RDD and SMF.

Default Easy Travel between Redding & Sacramento Airport

www.FirstClassShuttle.net click on "how it works" tab and you'll see times and prices. Prices start at $85 per person ROUND TRIP there is no better price than that...group rates drop from there. Or just call 530-605-0137.

There is a testimonial page on the website from actual travelers.
