Have you ever tried it? It's unusual for someone who has tried to to call people who don't use it idiots

Facts is facts, hoss. 91% of pot smokers suffer no ill effects or interruptions of normal healthy life. For up to 9%, over indulgence results in interferences of healthy living. Get it now?
I will never believe that -- you may as well be recycling those figures from old timey days that stated smoking cigarettes had no ill effects. BTW, was that from a clinical study? If so, which one?

Why am I not surprised that a Trump lover refuses to believe scientific consensus from such sources as the Mayo Clinic?

Here's another great source:

Quote:
Is it possible to overdose on Vitamin C?
Questions on what daily intake of ascorbic acid is considered to be an "overdose" come up on a regular basis. While less informed sources dismiss the possibility of a Vitamin C overdose or toxicity based on ascorbic acidbeing water-soluble, they seem to forget that even water-soluble nutrients interact with other nutritionalelements as synergists or antagonists, and as such are capable of enhancing or inhibiting their benefits andfunctions.Since these interactions are relative to the levels of all the other nutrients Vitamin C interacts with, and sincethese levels vary from one patient to the next, it is not possible to establish a universal Vitamin C overdoseamount, or specific Vitamin C side effects that apply to everyone. At the same time, while the potential toclinically overdose on Vitamin C does exist, it is quite rare and not expected to occur at the 250 to 1,000 mgadult intake level considered average for those that regularly self-supplement.
However, as demonstrated with several examples below, the effect of a regular, daily overdose of Vitamin Cis not an acute event as experienced with a deadly, toxic substance, but a gradual change in mineral ratios,or the progressive lowering of other essential elements, which over time can result in the development ofmoderate to serious medical problems. An acute medical event can still arise though following a substantialVitamin C overdose, where too much ascorbic acid lowers an already deficient nutrient even more, resultingin acute deficiency symptoms of that nutrient, or where an excessive intake of Vitamin C triggers acutegastrointestinal symptoms. (see bottom of this page for Vitamin C overdose signs and symptoms). Vitamin C overdose/deficiency symptoms, benefits, side effects
... goes on at quite some length and depth describing a variety of subtle negative effects of how too much vitamin C, even though water-soluable, can and does interact in a negative dynamic with certain otherwise healthy mineral balances - ultimately having a negative effect.

Knock yo' Trump-self out with that ridiculously excessive vitamin C load you take ... amazing!

Maybe I'm just high energy, so I need the extra vitamin C just like our President, Donald J. Trump. BTW, you didn't answer my question.

Now I do not care if it is legal, except of course when I am driving and some idiot is high on it.
Alcohol kills maybe 88,000 people a year. Cannabis kills 0 whether smoked or vaporized. Cannabis won't kill but alcohol, tobacco, pills and many foods can kill. So why is it that using cannabis is stupid? People do it to feel better, just like with the legal drugs that kill. So it's dumb not to be killed by picking what is safe?

Those studies that claim there are significantly more car crashes from cannabis legalization fail to consider that 16-24 years old males are not only heaviest cannabis users, but they are the heaviest alcohol users as well, and maybe use other drugs. Also they are more likely to take risks, even when sober. These things were pointed out in a 2/15 Fed gov't study as to why the other studies are wrong. This study said that when these other things were considered, cannabis use does not have a statistically significant effect on crashes.

Also, CBD oil from industrial hemp is legal, no high, but helps with many dozens of conditions.

By the way, as a postscript to the vitamin C tangent: I'm not deprecating vitamin C or it's various theraputic protocols. Quite the contrary, I'm all in favor ... until the point where science has determined it becomes harmful ... which was the point of how the tangent to marijuana began.

These studies that anti-pot people regularly cite as to the harmful effects of the demon weed - um - ALL base their alarm on a basis of persistent over consumption. Persistent over indulgence of pretty much any and everything can cause adverse effects.

Pot was made illegal only less than 100 years ago, for non-scientific/non-medical reasons: political and sociological fear-mongering. Meanwhile, many more damaging substances have been not only allowed, but aggressively marketed to a result of devastating, ongoing damaging aculturization and adverse health outcomes for nearly everyone.

It's way past time for California to legalize pot once again ... as it was for 10,000 years of prior civilizations.

I asked about clinical studies that bolster your statements regarding marijuana.
