Over on the Europe forum, they tell me, that the two-car. garage size = a comfortable 1-br. apartment. It's normal. They even refused to believe me, that roughly that size = a studio in the US, not a 1-br. They thought I was laying some pro-American propaganda on them. Had that convo with them a few years ago.
