Naw, that would be too on the nose and could expose the fact her 'prison life' was pretty cushy. Like Kaepernick or Lebron she'll have to make money pointing out the flaws in systems she's never had firsthand negative experiences with. All the while reaping the benefits of sucking up to those systems to get where they are today.

Brittany and Lebron were totally fine with playing in communist countries that have open and clear issues regarding corruption, restrictions on basic rights, mistreatment of LGBTQ persons, and so much more they chose ignored while cashing in millions. Kaepernick wasn't complaining when the 49s and the NFL provided perks and donations to law enforcement when he was the starting quarterback.

I'm hoping you didn't take a film designed to push a narrative to be a documentary. It's like the crap Dinesh D'Souza puts out.

Is the crime widespread or is it confined to only the bad areas? Are the middle and upper middle class areas safe and more or less free of thievery. Also what about Fresno? I know the south end of Fresno is bad but are you more or less ok farther north? I'm considering both cities. Thank you.

South fresno has a couple of nice pockets, but most is considered bad(sw fresno being the worst part)

East bako is really bad, however. Youll be fine in either city so long as you stay away from the bad parts. Fresnos nice parts are closer to the mountains, while bakos nice parts are away from the mountains. Might be something to consider when deciding between the cities(whats more important: mountain access or freeway access)

Edit: fresno is a little more expensive when it comes to house buying, but a lot more expensive when it comes to renting an apartment.

Thanks. That's certainly not the case in Phoenix. Most of the violent crime is concentrated to the south section of the city but you could be in north Scottsdale and still get your car window smashed out if you leave your belongings in your car. sigh! So many lowlifes in the Phoenix area.

It's the same in any large urban center anymore.

26 comments on this thread and not a single one of those commenters has any actual knowledge of the subject matter because they havent even seen the documentary. Seems like lots of folks have opinions but no actual knowledge of the subject of the thread. Hilarious.

I've never watched 100% of the movies on the Hallmark channel either but that won't stop me from forming the opinion that they look pretty lame. No different with this so-called "documentary".

~~~~ Considered one of the ten worst in the US
“When a guy makes a bad shooting on somebody and kills them?” Youngblood said in the video. “Three million bucks and the family goes away after a long back and forth. When it happens in corrections, it’s a totally different ballgame.” Youngblood was even more direct when he quizzed the crowd, asking which would be better financially for the county, “to cripple or kill an inmate?”
In response, someone in the crowd said, “Kill them.”
They guessed right by Youngblood’s logic, who answered, “Absolutely. Because if we cripple them we get to take care of them for life.”
After the footage was leaked, Youngblood argued that his words were taken out of context, which even if true is meaningless because there’s no context in which these words don’t reflect homicidal intent in the name of money.
