Have we built any new ways to hold this sky water? I'm growing gills already. Taking my surf board to work and have to put my work clothes in a zip lock.

I went outside yesterday and immediately saw a huge, bright, glowing object in the sky, which I recall seeing once before, long ago. I ran back inside where I'm currently hiding until things return to normal, which will be this Sunday, according to the forecast.

Use extra sunblock for that! I have to go broom the moss in my driveway and pull weeds for the chickens.

A few short months ago it was looking like catastrophic drought. How times change. Here is to more surface water storage.

I flew back to Cali a couple days ago to do some chores to haul some items up north.
The weather has just been stellar in the outer East Bay Area this last few days.

One of my friends in Twain Harte has something similar to a tunnel going from his front door to the street.
That old boy is shoveling snow over his head to keep an access/egress at his house.
He is in his 70’s.
I think they quit making his work ethic model years ago.

I don’t hold a candle to him but I am racing a weed eater and some yard chores before the next wave of storms come in and mess up my drive back north.

Right now I think every mile or two has a visible form of storm damage from my perspective.

I know the feeling. We've had two days of sunny weather, and it's as if someone opened up a window to heaven.
