People here just can't drive in the rain. Well, they do, just poorly and recklessly. 8 car pileup in one crash today. We had over 300 crashes in one day.

We just drove all night from the Bay Area to about the Canadian border in northern Washington and it rained the whole fricken way.
We didn’t see one accident until we met the stupids in Portland .
